Urban Exploration - The Silent Farm

We received photos from a traveler and compiled them into a historical summary.

The Silent Farm is a very vast estate, located in a quiet secluded spot on the outskirts of a large city. It is a magnificent farm featuring a manor house, numerous stables, and a tower.

What could have led this farm to be abandoned remains unknown to us. While a small part of one dwelling contains recent furniture (possibly from the 2000s, though it has been savagely trashed), the rest is in a state of profound neglect. The manor has been entirely stripped of its furniture, yet the estate nonetheless retains an ineffable aesthetic beauty.

It was likely a very large agricultural operation that gradually dwindled until it became a shadow of its former self. No livestock remains; instead, it has become a prime location for wild animals.

As usual, the place remains silent regarding precise bibliographic references. At most, we learn that the main dwelling house dates back to the 19th century, a period when this agricultural establishment was highly prosperous.

The old pigsties are vast and dark; they are both beautiful and well-preserved.

Today, the site is fading away in a sun-drenched abandonment. It is a great loss, as such a place truly deserves to be restored and showcased.
