Nous sommes au hameau du Fau, dans les fin-fonds du Cantal. Le lieu est terriblement reculé, victime d'une attristante hémorragie démographique. Ce soir là, une puissante pluie s'abat sur le village, je me réfugie dans un petit local que me prête l'adorable Jacques Lesmarie, un fromager et berger. Durant toute la nuit, la tempête va battre rage, se transformant au cours d'un orage puissant en un déluge de neige.

The sleet shower evening

An hour of icy cold weather.
We are in the hamlet of Le Fau, in the deep within of the Cantal mountains. The small village is terribly retreated, victim of a sad demographic hemorrhage. That evening, an heavy rain fell on the village, I took refuge in a small construction, lended to me by the adorable Jacques Lesmarie, a cheesemaker and shepherd. Throughout the night, the storm rages, turning into a snowy deluge during a powerful storm.
