Anne and Serge's abandoned house

We received photos from a traveler and compiled them into a historical summary.

This is a visit to an abandoned house located in the "Village of Trucks." I am dedicating a separate page to it because it is a site rich in heritage. While the house itself might seem relatively bland—ordinary, even—the old photographs found inside are magnificent. They are truly touching, as many of the faces in them are recognizable.

I struggled to find information about the former inhabitants. The house belonged to Anne and Serge. As for Serge, he was born in 1912 and passed away in 1985 at the age of 72. Anne was also born in 1912 and passed away in 2005. She remained a widow for a long time—a sad situation indeed.
