Urban Exploration - Pierre's abandoned house

We received a traveler's photos and his narrative within the forsaken walls, and we have compiled a historical summary from them.
For this location, I was expecting very bland content and, considering the closed shutters, documentation that would be complicated to say the least. Yet, the surprise was quite pleasant. Still, the account of the visit is very simple and only deserves a short mention.
When I climb up behind this vast building constructed on high ground, I realize it is wide open: there has been theft, as usual. In short, even in the deepest countryside, nothing remains untouched. The interior of the house is structured entirely like a small country hotel: upstairs bedrooms surrounding a hallway, a large hotel-style kitchen, and a reception room for breakfast.
And yet, that is not the case at all. It is a family home, and the last occupant of the premises was a farmer. There must have been a lot of life in this place; it is both vast and very well-structured. Everything that could be considered family archives has been removed.
It was the home of Pierre and his wife, Janine. He passed away in December 2020 at the age of 71. He is buried in a family vault in the city's large cemetery. Behind these memories remains a very "sleepy" house, still spared from the mass vandalism that has become so prevalent lately.
By complete chance, I passed by a week later, and nothing had changed.
